Evolve Counselling Inverness & Highlands
For many people the idea of speaking to a counsellor can be intimidating or even frightening. Essentially professional counselling is a conversation in a safe environment with a trained listener who can help you, as a couple or an individual, to examine and explore the troubling areas that have brought you to counselling.
The client's interests are at the heart of all our counselling work. Evolve provides a safe, confidential environment for you to explore relationship issues and get the support you need from a professional, qualified and experienced counsellor.
We offer counselling to couples or individuals experiencing relationship problems. We also provide counselling for depression, anxiety, grief, stress amongst many other issues. Our counselling is available to anyone over 16, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion.
Our counselling involves meeting with a therapist for a session in a therapeutic setting which lasts for 50 minutes, the number of sessions will vary depending on your particular needs.
